The Women Veteran-Owned Small Business (WVOSB) Program is a national initiative that equips women veterans to pursue Federal contracting opportunities with confidence, clarity, and capability. This program provides targeted training, procurement-readiness tools, and access to decision-makers across the government and private sector.
The WVOSB Program helps agencies and industry partners engage a high-performing, mission-aligned business segment. Women veteran-owned businesses bring operational discipline, leadership experience, and real-world readiness to Federal contracting. This program enables agencies to broaden their supplier base and gives WVOSBs the tools needed to compete and perform.
Pursuant This program supports strategic knowledge exchange. Participating agencies and partners may voluntarily share educational content, acquisition practices, and outreach opportunities. Likewise, VA may share program frameworks, tools, and engagement models for replication across government.
All collaboration honors public value, transparency, and Federal policy alignment.
