Andrea Morris serves as the Acting Associate Executive Director for the Office of Facilities Acquisition (OFA) within the Office of Construction and Facilities Management (CFM). As the Acting Associate Executive Director of OFA, she oversees CFM’s Major Construction and Architect and Engineering (A/E) contracting program as well as CFM’s procurement policy office and interagency support program. She serves as the principle advisor to the Executive Director of CFM by providing procurement oversight and guidance to effectively manage the Major Construction Program, in addition to seismic corrections, physical security, and historic preservation of VA’s facilities.Prior to her current appointment, she served as the CFM Director of Acquisition Support, Central Region. She was also the Division Chief for Construction, Specialized/Leasing, Equipment, and Supply teams for the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Network Contracting Office 12 in Milwaukee WI. Ms. Morris maintains a FAC-C Level III, FAC-P/PM Level I, and LCP Level II certification.
